Golden Generations is located in the active and growing City of Surprise. It is owned and operated by a husband and wife who started off as caregivers themselves before opening their own business.  Golden Generations is licensed for nine residents and excepts Medicaid insurance and private pay residents. Golden Generations is a  nice home for residents that are bed bound. I have visited Golden Generations numerous of times over the last few years and feel they provide the minimal care necessary for there residents. The home is very cluttered with the owners personal things and doesn't have the feel of a care home. They have all levels of care as residents but it does work for Golden Generations. The den is small but has all recliners in it for each resident.  Golden Generations is a good home for residents that are bed bound. Over the years and with careful observations bed bound residents are a great fit for this home do to the language barrier of the caregivers. For example, with careful observation over the years I noticed they have a  huge remarkable bond with the bed ridden residents and the residents were able to communicate with them through expressions!  Not to say their other residents were treated any different. The staff is very friendly and does care for the residents, only thing was they couldn't understand English very fluently but the management is very nice and caring.  Overall, Golden Generations is a good for the residents that they have and I would recommend it to a specific group of people that would do well there.
