I toured Inspirata Pointe at Royal Oaks. They're very friendly. They show me the different phases. There's one that's like an apartment, and then there's one like casitas, and now they have a new condo area that they just built. They have a lot of amenities. They have a restaurant there, a lot of activities to do, a pool, and a pickleball court. So, it's a very nice community. In independent living, they have very nice one and two-bedroom facilities with a nice kitchen and everything. Then you have the option of going to their facility to eat. There's plenty of parking, and they offer transportation to the grocery store or wherever. The staff who gave the tour was very informative and friendly. It's a very nice facility. It's all updated, well-kept grounds. It's very calming. There's a nice area to sit and socialize.

Inspirata Pointe at Royal Oaks is not one single building. It's not like a giant Hilton or something else like that that offers social things. It's spread out. You have a choice of casitas, apartment-style living, your own apartment away from everything, and duplexes. It has underground parking, which you can appreciate. It is linked to an active adult community called Sun City which has several hundred hobby and social organizations. By living at Inspirata Pointe at Royal Oaks, you become automatically eligible to use everything in that community, which is phenomenal. It's non-profit. It has several features. You can go in at a very low expense or a very high expense, depending upon what you want. You can have anything from 95% of your money that you pay in your initial buy-in return if you leave or given to whoever you desire upon your death. That's another big deal because the surviving spouse may not want to stay there. However, the staff was very commercial; it wasn't personal.
