My parents moved into Hazelwood Manor. The staff is caring and educated. I like the owner, Shannon. He is informative and keeps me up on things. Their room is nice, spacious, and comfortable, and it's easy access to the restrooms. The dining room is nice and big enough for all the residents to sit around the table and enjoy a meal together. It's located on a nice street, and it's very accommodating and convenient.

At Hazelwood Manor, we're dedicated to providing quality assistance and comforts of home in a safe and secure environment by offering a high caregiver-to-resident ratio. Our staff is made up of trained and licensed English speaking caregivers per Arizona Department of Health Services. We maintain an on-site and staffed Licensed Nurse Manager. All rooms have private TVs, internet access and are both cable and telephone ready. All of our rooms are furnished with beds and modern furnishings. My mother moved into Hazelwood Manor after rehab. The people there seemed to be a little nicer, the food seemed to be better, and it was less expensive.
