My mother was here for 3 months in late 2013 and liked it very much. All rooms have windows for natural light, upgraded accessible bathrooms, and connecting public rooms with floor to ceiling windows looking out onto a large back yard and patio. We chose this home for location and wonderful light. They have a good rotation of caregivers and keep a tight rotation of patient checks for bathroom visits, liquids, etc. We only moved Mom due to issues with ALTCS administration. Mom would have loved to stay.

My mom was at Hacienda Granada for about 6 months. I believed she was well cared for there. She was kept clean and neat. I think they need to improve on their status so insurance will cover more and for them to have a 24-hour nursing care.
