As Nat's (may he rest in peace) daughter, I am writing this note to personally thank you and document the way he was treated at your facility -- Approved Assisted Living Home -- on 37th Street in Phoenix. Your facility is beautiful, you and your staff work tirelessly and your attention to every detail is amazing! My father spent his remaining time there in comfort and dignity. This is a private assisted care home. It is a nice luxury home with well maintained house and grounds. There are trees, shrubs, and greenery with a nice fountain in front and patio. They are ;licensed for five residents and have privateand semi-private lstge sunny rooms. They are all handicapped equipped and some shared bathrooms. There is a living room with tv, a nice dining area, and a fenced backyard and patio.All rooms have cable, private phone and computer available. They do housekeeping and laundry. They do home cooking with a variety. The food is good. They have a doctor who comes in and on call. All caregivers are certified and the staff seems friendly and caring. They do indepent and dementia/memory care. They can transport to appointments. They do a lot of activities as exercises, birthday parties, celebrations, bingo,games, one on one and movies.They do outings to shopping and events. They have a beautician and hair dresser. This is a nice clean home.
