Album Cooley Station

One of the places we looked at was Album Cooley Station. That's a 55-plus apartment living, and I think that would probably be the next step for us. There are a lot of things that they don't have like transportation, things like the other places would provide you. But they have a lot of activities. They have a pool, a pickleball court, and the best fitness center that we saw. When we came there, they had a happy hour going on. We didn't eat or anything, but they had snacks for the happy hour. The place was kind of different. It's not as warm and friendly and five-star as the other place. It's more industrial, straight lines, and gray. Like when you're in a hallway, it doesn't even feel like you're in a hotel or anything. But the rooms were very nice. We found a layout that would work for us, a two-bedroom-two-bath, and they're between $2350 and $2500 a month, but we would have to get our own meals and things like that. It's independent. The tour guide was very good. We saw apartments and villas. They had some villas and some cottages. The tour was a very good experience.
