We're very happy with Midwest Family Care. My mom likes her caregiver and things are working out really well. We've been using them for eight weeks already. They help with general housekeeping chores, taking my mother to appointments, some cooking, running errands, and a little bit of cleaning. We'd like them to be able to do more in the way of assisting with bathing. Their work attitude is pretty good. I was real impressed with the people on the telephone when I interviewed them initially. The main manager was very professional in the way she answered the questions and the other manager has been very accessible.

I have been through many home care agencies for my mom and myself, and Midwest is by far the best we've experienced. They treat their employees well which makes a huge difference. They are very flexible in what they can do for you, and the caregivers are the best we've ever had!

Robert, the owner of Midwest Home Care, clearly has a real passion for what he does. Just talk with him for 10 min and you will see what I mean. He definitely runs his company with the experience of the end user they are caring for in mind.
