Currently, at the beginning of this process of seeking respite care for my 85 year old father who lives with us. This agency was quick to call, same day as initial contact with caring.com. The people are warm, friendly, caring and understanding. A person was scheduled to do an in home visit. During the visit, my needs and my father’s needs were assessed. We set up an initial meeting with a caregiver and we will take it from there. It is a genuine relief to know that we will have backup support coming into the home on a weekly basis.
