He needs to take more initiative. We have had some communication issues but they do a little bit better.

The caregiver is on the ball, faithful, and understanding. Right now its been very good. I like that they gave me a good aide to work with.

They need to have certain people as substitutes, it is a big hustle to get someone here when our usual caregiver can't make it. They should have dedicated substitute caregivers. Most of the people they have sent are great.

Having somebody here to help allows me to work full time. The agency has a nurse come and check in every month, but we haven't had one yet. I like that the care could start right away.

My mom lived in Virginia and I live in Illinois, so when my mom started not doing well, I came into town. My mom was in a rehab facility where she was neglected, IncrediCare's top priority was to make sure she was at peace and happy. Through all the other companies interviewed, I really liked the person that took on the case. They went over everything in great detail and were at my service any time of day I called them.

Because I can't get around to it, she does the shopping and takes care of picking up the prescriptions. The person they have assigned to me has worked out very well so that's the main thing I am looking for from them.

We have been through a lot of different agencies and a lot of caregivers, but IncrediCare has found a caregiver that is almost a perfect fit for us. It makes my life a lot better, it is a relief for all of us. I recommend the company often because I have had a more positive experience with them than other companies. If there is a problem they fix it right away.

She prefers they not be there. She doesn't think she needs them, but it really does help. By being there, they help us. When we started with them, they said they would send out a nurse every two weeks to check on her, and we have only had one visit from a nurse in the entire year we have been with them.

It is critical to have them, because it is a big impact. They allow him to stay home. We run through a lot of caregivers and it is sudden when the changes are made. It would be nice to have more consistent people.

The number that they had for the caregiver to clock in was wrong. They never could clock in at our house. They need to provide them an opportunity for the caregivers to gain a relationship with the client.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We were in the process of changing our electronic clock in system and had several issues. These issues have been subsequently corrected. We expect to provide consistent/compatible caregivers for all of our clients. Unfortunately where we have shorter shifts it is challenging to accomplish. That being said we have restructured ourselves internally so that if we have to make changes on a shift we will have a consistent replacement to help ensure there is consistency with caregivers assigned to families and relationships can be built and maintained.

In some ways, they really helped a lot and in other ways, they were poor. They need people that are interested in what they are doing. They need to screen their personnel more efficiently.

Currently our RN and LPN have taken the responsibility to assign and supervise caregivers on cases.

IncrediCare did bend over backwards to try and take care of my situation. In the beginning there was a lot of problems with IncrediCare, but they seemed to work out the problems and right now I am satisfied. In the beginning there were a lot of problems with IncrediCare. Right now the caregivers seem to be working out.

I would recommend IncrediCare because in the past couple of months they have done a really good job of supporting my mother, meeting her needs, and getting a serious wound healed in a very short period of time. IncrediCare has made life easier by being there and taking most of the burden off my shoulders in terms of my parents' care.

IncrediCare has very good caregivers and they really look out after people. The services I received from IncrediCare were helpful because the caregiver I had was very good with my dogs and took them out on a regular basis. She did the dishes often and helped me with the laundry.

The first caregiver I had with IncrediCare didn't work out, but the ones after that were good. The coordinator was very attentive. The caregiver would help bathe the client and take him to doctors' appointments, which was a huge help.

Incredicare is very good. For what I need right now, they're just fine. We're just trying to make it as long as possible before he goes to memory care. We chose them because the person in the firm came to see me, and I am impressed with him. We use a young man from 2:00 in the afternoon to 10:00, and he manages to keep things calm.
