Because I can't get around to it, she does the shopping and takes care of picking up the prescriptions. The person they have assigned to me has worked out very well so that's the main thing I am looking for from them.

The agency provides very good caregivers. Sometimes there will be a new caregiver that isn't very good, but for the most part we have had excellent caregivers. The agency is very responsive if you feel that there is something wrong or something needs to be changed.

When the person is here, I can sit on the side and let her do her thing. It gives me an hour to take a breather. They were supposed to call and set up an appointment but they never did.

We have been through a lot of different agencies and a lot of caregivers, but IncrediCare has found a caregiver that is almost a perfect fit for us. It makes my life a lot better, it is a relief for all of us. I recommend the company often because I have had a more positive experience with them than other companies. If there is a problem they fix it right away.

She prefers they not be there. She doesn't think she needs them, but it really does help. By being there, they help us. When we started with them, they said they would send out a nurse every two weeks to check on her, and we have only had one visit from a nurse in the entire year we have been with them.

It is critical to have them, because it is a big impact. They allow him to stay home. We run through a lot of caregivers and it is sudden when the changes are made. It would be nice to have more consistent people.

The number that they had for the caregiver to clock in was wrong. They never could clock in at our house. They need to provide them an opportunity for the caregivers to gain a relationship with the client.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We were in the process of changing our electronic clock in system and had several issues. These issues have been subsequently corrected. We expect to provide consistent/compatible caregivers for all of our clients. Unfortunately where we have shorter shifts it is challenging to accomplish. That being said we have restructured ourselves internally so that if we have to make changes on a shift we will have a consistent replacement to help ensure there is consistency with caregivers assigned to families and relationships can be built and maintained.

In some ways, they really helped a lot and in other ways, they were poor. They need people that are interested in what they are doing. They need to screen their personnel more efficiently.

We provide care not simply to caregivers. Caregiver’s never show up unannounced without office staff accompaniment and training in your care plan.Having someone come into your home is a daunting decision. We can help you in that decision with consultation with our LPN and RN service team. With expertise in Dementia/Alzheimer Care and managing Fall Risks we can help you make the best decision.

IncrediCare offers personal and companion care services. Our caregivers are extensively trained in the multiple stages of Dementia using the GEM Method developed by industry expert Teepa Snow. Fall Risk training focuses on maintaining safety while respecting the need for our clients independence and is based on our experience with family members. All staff are trained on Infection Control Protocols and supplied with PPE.

Licensed CNAs & PCAs can help with activities of daily living, including assistance with bathing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, ambulation and grooming. Other services include medication management, light housework, meal preparation, socialization, errands, accompanying to appointments, and more.

Our RN and LPN staff provide regular quality visits and all caregiver's are accompanied by a licensed staff member their first time in your home. We select caregivers who know how to deal with each particular client’s conditions and based on a client’s specific personality and needs.

Through our extensive hiring process, our nurses and caregivers are screened, skill-assessed, personal and professional references checked, criminal background checked, and licensed (if applicable), insured, and bonded.
