Thanks so much for your feedback. Most of us would prefer not to have care. We take extra care to match caregivers who understand to balance the need for independence with the need for assistance. We have recently added two nurses to our staff to ensure we meet our commitment of biweekly visits.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We were in the process of changing our electronic clock in system and had several issues. These issues have been subsequently corrected. We expect to provide consistent/compatible caregivers for all of our clients. Unfortunately where we have shorter shifts it is challenging to accomplish. That being said we have restructured ourselves internally so that if we have to make changes on a shift we will have a consistent replacement to help ensure there is consistency with caregivers assigned to families and relationships can be built and maintained.

Caregiver’s never show up unannounced without office staff accompaniment and training in your care plan.Having someone come into your home is a daunting decision. Licensed CNAs & PCAs can help with activities of daily living, including assistance with bathing, toileting, hygiene, feeding, ambulation and grooming. Other services include medication management, light housework, meal preparation, socialization, errands, accompanying to appointments, and more. Our RN and LPN staff provide regular quality visits and all caregiver's are accompanied by a licensed staff member their first time in your home.
