They're very considerate, and I've been impressed. I'm very pleased with the CNA type job and the cooking and cleaning they do. The nursing concept with antibiotics in the afternoon has been nice. They could have a little more exact timing in the afternoon. That would be nice, but I know I'm not the only one receiving services. As long as I get my IV, I'm good.

We have had a couple of times where there has been a mix-up in times when the caregivers needed to show up. I think some of the problems were more with the management and not the caregivers. Most of the caregivers we have had have been very good at taking care of my loved ones. I don't have to worry as much about my loved ones being alone at night because of their caregiver.

When we started, the particular person who was doing our scheduling had an attitude. When my loved one had a fall we needed more hours and the scheduler would not answer so I called again and they said that they had not gotten to t it yet. Then I spoke with a much nicer person and they said they would help and that we would have someone quickly. There are many great people within the company, I have just had a few bad experiences. If our caregiver keeps working the way they are then the services will be getting much better. The other caregivers we have had have not been what we expected.
