When Diane comes, she asks me if there's anything special. She appeases me in a way of respect and dignity. Visiting Angels should look for that and have. Diane does everything she can do to please me. I like her. She's very nice and fighting for her life. I'm just getting used to dealing with someone.

It makes a big difference for the client. The caregivers have had a positive impact because they do a lot for her. They do her bathing, they take her walking, and they take her shopping. I like everything. They are right on time, they have their schedule, take care of everything that we need taken care of, and they're attentive to her. They're great.

They can provide good care to John. The last guy Paul that came, he would fall asleep in the chair in the other room. Rose seemed to be pretty good and attentive, but then she left. They need to be more Intune with the care that the client is actually giving. The caregivers do very little.

The biggest help was that they provided transportation because all of us have jobs. They also showered and fed him. The services provided gave him some of his freedom back. He did not have to wait for someone to come and pick him up if he wanted to go somewhere. He just had to ask the caregivers to drive him.

My mom has Alzheimer's so it is hard to say the impact of the services. Visiting Angels offers my mom companionship and they try to keep her stimulated.
