The feedback from my aunt has been positive, she enjoys the service and the aide has been a big help for her. I think the services are helping, my aunt has some issues with organization and cleanliness, and they have been working to help her in that department.

They are easy to work with and the caregiver that comes to the house is exceptional. The first caregiver they sent out did not work out, but they were prompt to send out another that was well-matched. They were in tuned to the needs of the patient.

Some caregivers were great, and some just sat and watched TV. We appreciated all of the help. Almost all of the caregivers were great. They were helpful, good with scheduling, and got caregivers out quickly.

When Diane comes, she asks me if there's anything special. She appeases me in a way of respect and dignity. Visiting Angels should look for that and have. Diane does everything she can do to please me. I like her. She's very nice and fighting for her life. I'm just getting used to dealing with someone.

They can provide good care to John. The last guy Paul that came, he would fall asleep in the chair in the other room. Rose seemed to be pretty good and attentive, but then she left. They need to be more Intune with the care that the client is actually giving. The caregivers do very little.

If I'm paying for services and they're supposed to be here certain days, I would like them to show up those days so I don't have to find someone else. The people they send are not very satisfactory. Visiting Angels has an understanding staff that realizes not every caregiver is a fit to you or me. My work schedule varies so having Visiting Angels take care of the housekeeping and the ward's laundry is very helpful.

I would recommend Visiting Angels to others because they have been very responsive and quick. Having Visiting Angels for my mom is good because she most likely needs to be in an assisted living home, and it's hard to decipher what she really needs.
