I like that they come and take care of my sister and help her with getting dressed and things like that. I love them, we have other home care companies, and they are the most reliable and have the best caregivers.

They are doing pretty good so far. The caregivers have been excellent, knowledgeable, and caring towards my mother. The only thing I can think of is they could make sure they have the best fit between the caregiver and the person being cared for.

I really appreciate that the caregiver picks up the check for my mom every month. I like Visiting Angels because the caregivers have been great with my mother. Nicole was great at getting everything setup for us.

The caregiver can act as more of a companion than a caregiver at times, while still helping with what is needed. We have only one caregiver who comes over from Visiting Angels and the caregiver knows what she needs to be done without it having to be asked.

With her dementia, it was hard to make things more comfortable. They were very nice and professional. With her state of mind, they made everything smooth. There were some issues finding people to work. We had a few snags along the way, but they came through and found somebody.
