They make sure that he is provided with great nurses, and they give gifts too. They make you feel that they truly care. I've had them for a long time. I like that they take care of family needs.

The provider has helped the most financially. The agency has done everything that was told to us that would be done. They have more or less done that with minimal intrusion and no follow ups needed. They have just been professional and efficient and available to answer questions.

The aide is really there for him. He'll call and check in on Da'quan, even when he's off the clock. They send us aides who know what they're supposed to do.

They are good about bathing her. The nurses are always late coming in. They can't seem to get here on time.

She meets her at the door so I don't have to come all the way in and she makes sure she gets her breakfast and she checks her sugar. I would like them to have more communication with the doctor so they know what to expect.

It has made it easier. I couldn't do without them. They are an agency, and sometimes we are unable to get services for him.

They get my mom to do things that I could not get her to do. They help me be able to go to work without worrying about my mom. I like the availability. If you call, they get someone out to help you as soon as possible. The turnaround is very short.

If I didn't have a nurse, I wouldn't be able to have the ventilator at night. I wouldn't be able to go to the bathroom, use a wheelchair, or get any personal care. The communication needs to be improved.

Compassionate Care Nursing Services called because they noticed that my daughter was running of medication. The manager talked to us and calmed me down. Compassionate Care Nursing Services tries to fix the problem when you call them with a problem.

They come in on time and it helps me get things done when they're around. I like everything about them. If a nurse can't come, they send another one. They respond fast.

They quality is top-notch. They follow up to make sure that my nurses provide the best care for my son. I have been with them for nine years, and they have never done poorly with their services.

They fall asleep and put coats over the light. When I have my regular caregivers, I don't have any issues. I have had too many issues with them. They need to train their nurses better and make sure the people have people skills to work with children. The 2 caregivers I have are the only reason that I stay with them.

They are here only part time because we don't need nursing services 24/7. They were always here and very personable and got back to me. They do a good job.

I haven't had any issues, and I've been with them for over a year. I've never had to complain about anything. The nurses that they send to me are compatible with my attitude. They knew exactly what nurses to place with me.

They lacked care in regard to my G-tube. It got infected twice. I got two staph infections because of their lack of care. I had pain medication stolen, they treated me despicably and horribly after. They never called to confirm to count my medication, and nothing happened. The aides did nothing but read or sit. I have complained about them and nothing happened. They, in return, called me a liar. They did not care about me.

The nurses need to be more active. They need to improve their communication. They need to have replacement nurses on call so that someone can always be there.

When they do send me good nurses, and they take care of my loved it, it is less work for me, I am happy. I like the nurses, they take care of my loved one very well. If there is an issue, they will usually resolve it.

They send us our caregiver who is a wonderful ray of sunshine. She deserves a raise. They have awesome nurses and caregivers, and are always available.
