After being instructed on what needed to be done, she went over & beyond those instructions in the following ways:: converses with him in a friendly but positive & constructive way; bathes him thoroughly from head to toe in a soothing manner paying special attention to areas of soreness; & grooms him meticulously from brushing his hair & teeth to shaving him & applying his favorite aftershave. She even makes sure his nails are cleaned & trimmed. Previous providers have not taken that imitative approach unless specifically told to do so. She also interacts with PT & OT by giving her input, assistance & questioning how she can best serve on days when they are not scheduled. Overall, she has been the perfect companion for my husband & he looks forward to her daily visits with a smile."
