Callous, cheating the customer, two times debiting money from account. 05 times called them, only customer care executive receive the call , when ask for Manger, it goes to Voice mail. Horrible experience.

I can’t say enough about the care that Safe Hands provided for my Dad in the last year of his life. Previously, we had a very large agency where we felt more like a number — that our concerns weren’t heard and that there wasn’t much thought given to aide assignments. Our experience with Safe Hands was the complete opposite. From day one, they took great care to match my parents with a compatible aide who was an amazing caregiver. Safe Hands was highly responsive to any concerns we had. Their caregivers are very responsible and personable. The leadership team is incredibly responsive. I highly recommend Safe Hands to anyone seeking caring, individualized home health services.
