The current caregiver is doing a great job with the client. She has a positive impact because she watches him and takes care of him. She is a doing a great job. I am giving them the benefit of improving. Before, they didn't give me what I want, but they have given me what I want now. They could give me the morning shift. The person that I like has another job in the morning, so maybe they can't give me that request that I am needing. That is the only thing that makes me concerned. I am happy with the current caregiver that is coming here. I am satisfied. They try their best to give me the person that I requested. I am so happy with their service right now.

There are some times when my mom needs assistance with being fed and getting that help. Each caregiver varies in skills, and in my case, we receive services in the facility where my mom is. Some of the caregivers do not seem to adapt to the facility very well. They seem to want to work just one on one like they are in a home, and I have seen that some of them do not treat each client equally.

They could have come in and do what they were supposed to do like sweep, mop, and do my dishes. I live by myself so I did not have a lot of dishes to be done. The caregiver would just come in and sit for four hours after I got out of the shower and would go on her phone.

They need to be told before they come to the home and tell them what they need to do and tell them about the client. They need to keep up with the clients. They need to check in.

There was a very bad hurricane where my dad lives and his caregiver made sure that he was safe and had all of the supplies that he needed. She was really great. It was so above and beyond and we love her so much. My dad loves his caregiver. The nurse that's on staff was instrumental in me getting his long term care policy resolved with the insurance agency.

I only use them when I feel like I need help. I think it was falsely advertised that they would help with companionship. They just came out to clean my home.

She could do her job. She comes in and sits there unless I ask her to do something. She just smokes cigarettes. I should not have to ask the caregivers to do something.

They help me shop forgroceries, do the dishes, and cook. They do everything that I used to do. They're very patient with me and they do things without me even having to tell them. They are very willing to do whatever I ask them to do. They're excellent.

She gets things that need to be done, like fixing his drink, helping with medicine, and fixing a lunch. Wherever there is a need, she does it. The caregiver is very caring. She comes in and gets right to work taking care of him. She's super about getting things done and taking care of my father-in-law.

I really couldn't do without them. They help me take care of my loved one. I have recommended them to several people. I haven't had any problems with them and no complaints either.

The caregivers give my father physical care. The person in charge of my account has been very flexible with my father's needs to find a compatible caregiver.

They had a big impact helping me with the things I couldn't really do and helping him by taking him where he needed to go. They where a great benefit to my husband and me having them four hours a week.
