"We're using SYNERGY HomeCare of North Leon County for my father. He needs assistance with getting dressed, bathing, and feeding. I feel like the majority of the caregivers that I've dealt with are experienced and pretty much know what to do. Communication with the agency is very good. Scheduling is very good. Any time that I have a change, they're very flexible in making the change and working with them. I try to get with them in time, but there have been a couple of times where I was in a pinch and they were able to come through for me. Whenever I call there, there's always a person that answers the phone and that to me is important. The higher-ups or the people that run the service call periodically just to check and make sure that everything's going well and that you're satisfied with their service.
