We have been using Caring Connections since September. They help bathe my mom, change her when she needs to be changed, do medication reminders, prepare lunch and dinner for her, and do light housekeeping, like cleaning the kitchen, her room, sheets, and laundry. My mom is very comfortable with her caregivers. She likes to tell us all the time that she is going to keep them and get rid of us. There is always somebody there when they say they will be there, and their billing is very easy. They send out an invoice every two weeks, and I just mail the check in. I like the fact that they are family owned and operated right there in Tallahassee, which to me is a big deal. I like that I can call at anytime of the day if something happens to my mother and I am always talking to one of the owners. Their caregivers are great. We have been through a lot together. When she fell in November and shattered her ankle, I called them and they were able to come out and help me get her to the hospital. They have been great taking her to rehab and physical therapy, making sure that they are doing what they need to do so that she does not have to worry about it. I don’t know where we would be right now if it wasn’t for them.

My mother in law currently is in the care of Caring Connections! What a positive experience! Having had so-so care from a different agency, my husband and I have come to appreciate the quality of care by the caregivers as well as the immediate responsiveness from the owner and management! Never had a request "turned down" and the ease with scheduling during times of unexpected events has been superb! Would highly recommend!

Caring Connections was excellent. They provided whatever my mom needed -- bathing, cooking, cleaning, and laundry. They were reasonable and were less than most of them that I checked into. They were very organized and very attentive. My mom liked the girl that they matched with her a lot. It is a family owned company, so they see you in person and ask you a lot of questions to get to know the client, the family, and what their needs are, so I was quite impressed.

Great company! Great staff and care givers. I love that Caring Connections is family owned and operated. The owners are also very hands on. Not like other companies that just pass you from one person to the other. I really felt like I was being treated like family.
