"My mom is currently at Seven Hills, and the place is outstanding. They hold regular meetings with all the different departments about the patient; you and the patient are there. The place smelled clean, and the residents are clean. They keep them active, and they have a backup generator. "

"My sister was in Graceville, FL in a nursing home for greater than five years. I had my Sister transferred to Heritage due to lack if care. She has been at Heritage since October 2022 and has received the referrals that are needed to improve her quality of life. She now participates in Bingo and other activities to improve her social skills. She also eats her meals in the dining room with other patients. She has a greater sense of belonging. I must give the staff credit for her drastic improvement. They have joined me in encouraging her daily and constantly reminding her that she can accomplish anything she sets her mind to. The entire staff has been awesome. Thank you Heritage for helping my Sister be a better person. "

"Centre Pointe Health and Rehab was great. The staff was good, the rooms were nice, and my mom was very comfortable. She's pleased with the food. They were also doing some construction work, but the place was clean."

"My mom was at Tallahassee Memorial Rehab for about 40 days. Mom never complained about the food or anything. She just wanted to go home, but unfortunately she can't anymore. They offer activities and physical therapy. "

"We cannot praise Health South enough for their fine staff, great accommodations, meals and most of all the very best care. Our 94 year old mother, broke her hip, and there were some who thought we should more or less give up on her. Not, Health South, despite being deaf and blind in one eye, a hip surgery and dementia, they helped her walk again. She came in on a Thursday evening from TMH, by the next Monday, she was doing 28 mph for 12 minutes on the exercise bike! Soon after, she was walking with her walker and assistance. The staff works as a team and respects family members. We cannot thank Health South enough for a job well done."

"I find Consulate just fine. My husband is totally bedridden. He's terminal, and he does not get out of his bed at all. I like the care that my husband is having most of the time. Everybody is very nice. They need to improve on the food though. It is not very good. It is awful. However, I will recommend them to others. "

"The rooms are large and fully equipped with everything within reach. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Jackie W. always went above and beyond to help me with my needs. The PT staff and the OT. Staff worked with me almost every day. I got much better with my mobility."

"My grandfather went to Tallahassee Memorial Rehab Center, and it was an excellent facility. He was there for about 2 to 3 months. I would recommend them because they have a great physical, occupational, and speech therapy program. "

"I am staying in Madison Health & Rehabilitation. They've been good to me. They've been helpful and given me what I need. We're well pleased with it. They're friendly, and they try their best to accommodate you. They serve three meals a day plus snacks. Their food has been surprisingly good. It has good portions, good quality, and a good mix of things. The building is clean, and they are constantly cleaning. The maintenance people come through and do their upkeep, cleaning filters on the AC and checking water. They have a lot of different activities. I don't participate in most of those. It's a combination of rehab plus a lot of permanent residences, like a nursing home type setup, so a lot of the entertainers and the activities are geared more towards them."

"My personal experience has been positive. My grandfather is completely bed bound and he is unable to talk. He cannot tell me if he is being mistreated. When I visit, I always check him out. He is always clean and does not have any bed sores. If I think my grandfather is in pain or need a towel, then a nurse will check him out or bring a towel to the room.The nurses are very friendly and really do not mind answering questions. They keep him well-groomed by cutting his hair, trimming his fingernails and cutting his toenails. The amenities are basic, such as three meals a day, TV room, game night, grooming and visitors from different community groups. The facility is clean and an adequate amount of staff. The only negative was the way the nurse spoke to my grandmother when she asked the nurse a question about my grandfather. My grandmother is the straight-forward type and can come off rude. The nurse should have shown more patience. "

"My father is living in Miracle Hill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Inc. They have done a wonderful job of cleaning him up and getting him into a routine with physical therapy. Those people care there. They really care. His room is basic, but it's fine. It's nothing fancy, but it is what it needs to be. They do the best they can, and they keep the place pretty nice. Their dining area is very, very clean, and my father seems to like the food very much. They also have my father involved every day in some type of activity, and they have made him go to physical therapy every day since he had the fall. The staff are the most compassionate and caring people I've ever dealt with in my life. It seems to be the best value we could find in this area. For the level of care that they give him, it's a good value."
