I am a resident at Brynwood and have only nice things to say. For starters the staff care about us. It's the first time in living in long term care that the staff cared for us as people. We have activities here, for example we had a prom before Covid. It was so much fun dressing up. The activities staff Tiwana and Jackie are always make sure we have fun things to do. Playing BINGO is great. Speaking of Covid, our Administrator Rhod made sure we were tested each week and to always wear a mask. I can say no cases of Covid here. The food is excellent! Never better. It's restaurant quality. Always hot when you get it. The drinks stay cold while the food is hot. The rooms are always kept clean.

My mother was in Brynwood Center for rehab for a little over 20 days. It was terrible. The food was bad. The staff was grouchy. They were just trying to push you over into the nursing home. I didn't like that nor management. Their main objective was thatmshe was supposed to gain weight. She probably lost seven or eight pounds when she was in there. I wouldn't recommend that place to anybody. I would never take her there again. The facility was average and wasn't really dirty or anything. They kept it pretty clean, but everything else I wasn't happy about at all. It's a nursing home rehab facility.
