We selected Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard for my brother-in-law, and he's been there about two or three weeks, and we're delighted. The staff has been extremely responsive. It's small and very family friendly. Our loved one is enjoying being there and he enjoys the activities that they have, and we have no complaints. He's comfortable. They have an activity room and a couple of rooms that you could visit your loved one in. Or you could also go to their room and visit. Everything's great.

I toured Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard. It focused solely on memory care. The apartment was fine. It was just big enough. The staff was very good and qualified in memory care. I saw the residents engaging in some trivia games. The facility was excellent. It was very clean.

I went to Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard. Overall, it was good. We're trying to find a facility for both my mom and my dad. I think Dad would not feel comfortable there. It was more for memory care, that's a little bit more advanced than what my mom is experiencing now. Overall, it was clean. The staff there was outstanding. They had activities. I just think my dad would feel a little bit too confined there. The staff was very knowledgeable. They have reached out to us and have offered to help. Brookdale has contacted me a couple of times saying they're having workshops on how we can maneuver nursing home costs, and what to look for. So, they have reached out more as far as offering workshops and sources to look at than the other places have.

Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard was very good and everyone was very friendly. They had set up a separate laundry room and a separate shower for the residents to use (as they do not have showers in the room.) I just didn't feel that it was a good fit for my husband, especially the way he was at the time. It was very small. However, it's not their fault. The people were nice.

Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard is a very clean facility, very well-furnished, and it was very nice. The rooms were a little small, but with what they do, I can understand why. But they were very clean, nicely appointed and everything and I was totally satisfied with what I saw. The person who assisted me was very helpful and very nice, and when I had a question they answered it and explained things. Their amenities were complete for my mom's needs.

Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard was very nice. It's a smaller facility and it's memory care only. It just wasn't a good fit for my dad because I didn't like that they didn't have emergency pendants and that they only had pull stations. The tour was fine. The staff who toured us around was very knowledgeable and very thorough. We liked him just fine. But there were a couple of little things that just didn't fit us. Plus, they were a little out of our price range. They had activities going on. They had some seating areas in the front outside.

After almost losing my mother in law to Covid. She could not recover in her other facility…. She was left alone, left wet and soiled and almost starved to death. This was with “assisted” living. Every 5 days we’d get a call and she’d end up in Er… then the hospital and then rehab… the cycle didn’t stop….. My husband ran into a former school friend and they were so pleased with the care their mother was getting… we met with Brian from Brookedale and were so impressed… we made the switch…. We are so relieved and happy with Brookedale…. Everyone is so concerned for the care of the residents at Brookedale. Thank you Miriam for recommending Brookdale…

I toured Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard for my wife. It was quite nice actually. I got a very thorough indoctrination to it. The staff was very thorough. It was a possibility. They were fine individual rooms with their own bath, and that was something I was looking for. It looked clean and neat. I saw people sitting around watching television, and I think some of them were even eating.

I was very impressed with Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard, but they don't take Medicaid. I love the place and so did my mother. If I could afford to have my mother there, I would. They are very caring people, and they care about their quality of life. The rooms were very nice. The people that were there seemed very interested and very happy. We went to Cinco de Mayo Day, and it was a lot of fun. The staff was just awesome. The food was very good. They had someone that came in once or twice a week for beauty care. They had activities and they had sitting rooms where you could sit, read, or meditate; whatever you would like to do. Their rooms were very nice, and they had half baths. They were really spacious, and there's plenty of light coming into the room. The facility was very clean. It did not smell, and it had a very nice, comfortable atmosphere. It was just an overall awesome visit.

I like Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard a whole lot. It's very expensive, but it was all wonderful. It was a very nice place. Everybody was super friendly. They were great. It's near major hospitals. The staff was friendly. It's an overall good feeling when you go there.

Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard was not as elegant as the others. I didn't see very many people laughing, and I didn't like the room setup. My mom didn't like it at all. No one was ugly to us, it just wasn't a good fit for her. They were in the process of remodeling. The lady who did the walk through was very nice and informative, but we weren't impressed with the place. The rooms were fine, but not as convenient for a person that's in a walker or wheelchair. It wasn't set up as well. They were doing karaoke when I was there. This place may be a good place for someone that has memory care issues.

The facilities at Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard were nice. There was an outdoor area. We walked out there and there were leaves everywhere and no one was outside. They had a group activity going on that I really liked. The room I saw was very nice.

My visit to Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard was very nice. They're good people. The room was very nice, and I would definitely consider it. It had a screened-in porch. The director who toured us was very nice and very professional. However, it was more advanced than what we needed.

Brookdale Centre Pointe Boulevard was OK, but Mom isnt quite that far advanced to live in that kind of place. The staff was nice and friendly. It had a nice dining area. The place was clean and well-kept.

My husband was at Brookdale Centre Pointe for less than a year, and then they raised the price so high without any notice; a couple of weeks later, we were out of there. Otherwise, they were nice. Some of the nurses were indifferent, but you could depend on some to tell you about your husband, how he is, and what has been happening. They called me when he fell a couple of times and had to go to the hospital. It was a lovely place that was nice inside and outside, but that doesn’t count too much when you need more help for your husband. They had a nice living room with a huge TV where people would gather after their lunches where they would show different kinds of television shows and also play games. They tried to amuse them a little and had quite a lot of activities.

I have know four people who have stayed at Centre Point over the last year. Two of those were there for more than two years and the other two were there for rehab. This facility was clean and the staff were always kind and helpful.

We chose Clare Bridge of Tallahassee for my relative who has a memory disorder. The staff is great, and the rooms are nice. The facility is small; they only hold 38 people. They bring in people singing, and they play games like bingo.

I went to Clare Bridge of Tallahassee, and I liked the fact that the people were all around. You could see a lot of clients there and see people interacting with them. I really liked that it didn't seem to be shut off and out of the way. They were busy, and I liked the way they interacted with the clients. They were having something musical with the clients gathered in the big living area. The others were milling about, but you could see the people were interacting with them. The rooms are immaculate and very nice. Each one has a bath and a shower in it, and that is very nice.

I had an hour-long tour of Claire Bridge and everything was very nice and clean. It was an attractive facility. The residents seemed comfortable. The food that I tasted there was very good. The rooms were nice. They had good activities. The staff that I had interacted with was very nice too. However, the focus on Claire Bridge was mostly on memory care. My dad needed memory care, but my mom? Not so much. That was why we chose the other place because it focused on both. The price was quite a bit more also. It was about almost 50% more than the place we chose.

The facility is modern and cares for its occupant with the upmost care. My grandmother loved the company of her fellow neighbors and frequently participated in activities. The facility was always clean every time visited my grandmother. She was able to make many friends with her neighbors and told me that the staff was very professional and caring. The fees are very affordable, they do not nickel and dime us like other assisted living facilities. Even with such low payments Clare Bridge of Tallahassee is able to maintain clean and modern facilities full modern appliances, TVs and other recreational tools used for entertainments. My grandmother has been to other facilities that treat you like a second class citizen, but at Clare Bridge of Tallahassee she is treated like a member of the family. All I can say is thank you to Clare Bridge of Tallahassee for taking care of my grandmother.

Excellent care, caring staff and clean, comfortable, attractive environment and surroundings. Good choice for your loved one with Alzheimers' disease, up to the point where long-term placement in a nursing home is required.

I had a friend who lived at this facility. I liked Clairebridge because it is neat and tidy. This facility is very large and the roomy. When you walk in to the facility, it feels like a home away from home. It does not smell as though you are walking into a toilet or a medical facility. The staff seems to care about their patients. The medications are given to the patients in a timely manner. The doors are secured with a key-punching locking alarm system to keep patients safe. Those with progressive mental condition, such as Alzheimer's are attended to appropriately. The facility temperature was cozy and comfortable. It was not too hot or not to cold. It also had lots of window to let the sun shine in. The colors within the facility were inviting and uplifting. When you look around it is just the perfect facility for family member and friends.
