It's only 2 days a week. The caregiver has helped the most by keeping the client's mind going, which is helping because she is starting to show some memory issues. The caregiver helps by challenging her with puzzles that they work to do together and conversation to get her talking more. When we were first trying to find someone that would work with the client well, the first candidate didn't work out because the client just didn't like it. We realized that we just need to work with them. We told them what the client's issues were, and they found her a great person to be with. They listened to our concerns and didn't say this was all they had. I really liked that.

My wife is getting care through Right at Home Boulder. It's been really, really good. The woman who's assigned as a caregiver has been really great and very caring. She helps her get up out of bed, she helps her take a shower, and helps her get into the living room. She gets her food and serves it to her. She does some cleaning and all kinds of stuff. She's here five days a week, and scheduling is good. We've had a couple of conflicts, but not much.

Right at Home has been wonderful, and Hannah has been fantastic. I've been using them for approximately six weeks now. It's the first home service I've ever had. In my situation (in the facility where I'm at), there has been difficulty going to any place or getting to the store or having something set up for you, and Hannah has been fantastic in arranging for that all the time. She made my life much easier. She comes on Tuesdays and Thursdays (in the afternoon), and she stays for about five hours twice a week.

Billing is handled by my long-term care insurance. The caregivers are very good, very efficient, nice, polite, and easy to get along with.

They're all very good, and they're not old, old people like me. They do some light housework, they're here for my shower, and they make me breakfast. Communication is very good. They come at 9 and leave at 11 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Value for money is very good and inexpensive.

My family is very happy with our care for my mom. Excellent staff, great communication, aides arrive on time and they go above and beyond. Mom is happy and loves her aides. It’s been a really tough year for us with my mom getting sick and in and out of the hospital but choosing right at home for our family has really helped lesson the burden on myself as I am moms main care taker. From the moment I first spoke with Jason about my mother and her need for care, I could tell he was going to be a tremendous support. He took the time to really listen, to learn about my mother’s lifestyle from before her illness and to consider not only her changing needs, but mine as her primary caregiver. He treated her with the utmost respect and availed to me the type of worry-free respite that gave me the strength to keep going. During the most challenging time in my life, being able to rely on him and the care he provided made a huge difference. I wish there were more people like Jason in the world.

My Mother is a spry 96 years old and has a caregiver though Right at Home. The team has worked diligently to make sure Mom is satisfied with her support. They are responsive to me and also proactively alert me of any concerns regarding my Mom. We have had other agencies prior to Right at Home and our experience with the other agencies was not as satisfactory.
