They were very personable and tailored the care to exactly what we needed. They provided very caring service, and took the time to make sure that the right caregiver was matched to the patient. It would have been a lot harder to do this without them. They did the things that we did not even know we needed to. They made life a lot more comfortable for all of us.

There were four different caregivers. I had them stay with my loved one at night. They were all excellent and caring. Before they came, I stayed a few nights with my loved one. They allowed me to go home and sleep.

Most of the caregivers they provide have been excellent. The ones that we were not impressed with were not strong enough, but they were replaced with other caregivers. They are well-trained and know what they are doing. They kept finding caregivers until they found the right match. They are able to do things that I can't, and they are able to take a lot off of my plate as well.

I would be likely to recommend Sunland Home Care to others because they provide a very helpful services. The services from Sunland Home Care allow me to get out of the house and it is very helpful.

They take care of me very well and are good at sorting out my medication for me. The caregiver does a great job at keeping up with and organizing my pills.

I don't like their billing and I never got my $500 credit. Also, there is no checking on my part if the caregiver worked the hours or not. I should be given a daily report about how many hours the caregiver was is in my home that I sign. I think my caregiver was a very good caregiver, but I think she fudged her hours at the end. They could have had me more involved in the billing process.

Sunland Home Care work hard to make sure a caregiver is always here and on time. The caregivers clean my home and drive me around to doctors appointments.

Billing is an issue with Sunland Home Care and their communication needs work, but they have been doing better after I told them about it. Sunland Home Care helps my dad tremendously because he goes out a couple times a week.

I would recommend Sunland Home Care because they respond really quick. It has been difficult for the family getting used to having home care. There has to be more interaction with my loved one. My loved one has to get used to strangers and being alone with them.
