We are very happy with Sienna Crest. It's very homey, bright, and cheery when you go in. It has 20 residents. It's a very warm and caring group. My mother has her own bathroom, a mini fridge, a microwave, and a bird feeder outside her window, but you have to bring your own furniture. The dining area is very nice and it's not too large. It has windows looking out onto their backyard. They have a small library with a fireplace and a beauty salon on Tuesdays. There's an activity every day at 3:00 in the afternoon, which might be a movie, crafts, or bingo, and at 10:00 in the morning might be an exercise. They do the rosary on Monday, they have a pastor come in, and a school class comes in and does crafts with them. It's not new, but it's well taken care of and bright.

I thought Creekwood Assisted Living Facility was great. The first thing I noticed is that it was clean, but didn't smell like bleach. It actually had the scent of home. The activities were also fun for my grandmother. There were crafts and some "athletic" events like balloon volleyball. These events were enjoyed by my grandmother and made her day go faster. The rooms were also very clean. She did not have a roommate. A bathroom was provided in room, with a tub and shower combination. The television had local cable and newspapers were accessible daily. The nurses were very friendly. Linda was the nurse my grandmother liked the best. Grandma used to have a subscription to Better Homes and Gardens before she moved to Creekwood. Linda brought her magazines from home for my grandmother to read.
