My mother is at Charter Senior Living of Madison. It has been good so far. It's not a Medicaid facility. It's private. But I like the facility. I think the apartments are great. The food is really good. Charter Senior Living of Madison is a nice location. It looks like a country setting. They have activities. The maintenance has been good. The people are very friendly and helpful. Their staff is good. I have no problem with their staff. We haven't gotten into the cleaning yet, but as far as the rest of the staff, they're very friendly and very helpful. Their facilities are clean. It's beautiful outside. My mother has gone on one outing, and she has done some activities, so I think their activities are fine. She enjoys them.

I like Charter Senior Living of Madison. The atmosphere was more like an apartment living. It had a full kitchen and a patio or a deck off the unit, so I liked that. It was pretty bright and airy. It's newer and everything. The staff was nice. She was great. They waved and said hello. I like that it is pretty convenient and everything. It is secluded but still convenient. It is still close to the city. They offered all the different services for whatever particular point your loved one is at. The tour experience is good. The tour person was great. It was very clean and very well kept up.
