Charter Senior Living of Verona was very up-to-date and clean. But there was some furniture missing. The rooms were very nice, pleasant, and adequate in size. Staff-wise, it seemed like it was adequately staffed. My experience with the staff was good. She was very thorough and very pleasant. She was very good. They had a lot of activities there, too. A couple of people were in there singing Christmas songs.

Charter Senior Living of Verona was very up-to-date and clean. But there was some furniture missing. The rooms were very nice, pleasant, and adequate in size. Staff-wise, it seemed like it was adequately staffed. My experience with the staff was good. She was very thorough and very pleasant. She was very good. They had a lot of activities there, too. A couple of people were in there singing Christmas songs.

It was spacious. The staff was friendly, and everyone looked very content. They have an activity room, a bus that would take them to different grocery stores when necessary, and an outdoor gazebo. People can also put their own flowers outside this time of year. They just don't have a large outside area. They have some decks and a gazebo, but it would be nice to have a bigger yard for the residents.
