Our experience with Lake Country Landing has been very positive. The staff we interacted with were professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about resident well-being. The facility is clean, well maintained, and communication was clear whenever we had questions or concerns. Like any care setting, experiences can vary, but ours has been supportive and respectful. We appreciate the efforts of the team and the environment they provide.

The one that I am living now is Lake Country Landing and this place is very nice. The structure is only four years old. The only thing I can complain about is they don’t let me do the stuff that I am capable to do. I can help another people a little bit and they don’t like it. Another problem is that they were short on activities. The only thing we are doing now is on Tuesdays we go to shopping and once a month we go for a movie and that's about it. What I like best about this facility, I guess, are the people that live here. They are all very friendly as well as the staff.

Lake Country Landing is a relatively new facility; about 4 years old, so it's very well cared for. It's very nice and about the average price. They have nurses on staff most of the time and CNAs all of the time. They're all very pleasant. I've had lunch there several times and for the most part it is pretty good. They have very nice dining room, too. The staff is very friendly. But it lacks a little bit in activity. If I was going to rate them low on anything it would be the activity.
