It is very independent living. No activities, no bus line. They do have a van once a week to the food store. The apartments are very large and the washer and dryers in the apartment are wonderful! It’s too bad there are no layouts or a photo as compared to any other place in town or nearby this place is the BEST value for the money!! There is a Library full of books, FREE internet and if you do not own a computer there is one in the library with a printer. There is a large community room that you can rent. People from age 55 and up and it is about 40% 55-58 and 60% up to 90. All very active! If you have a scooter you will find it easy to get in and out of the doors and halls. Oh there is a very small fitness room with a bike and treadmill. Right now the only reason there are openings are due to the loss of several and others moving into assisted living.
