Care Share Parkway House was adequate. The main administrator was really good, and some of the other employees were OK. It was not a bad place, but there's room for improvement.

My grandfather was a resident in the assisted living home. The home was very comfortable and helped my grandpa feel right at home. The staff was unbelievably friendly. They knew all of our family's names by heart and his nurse, Sarah, even knew what type of coffee I liked. In the individual rooms they allowed the resident to customize their room. My grandpa is a huge Green Bay Packers fan so they allowed him to hang up pictures and posters of his favorite team. Also, they had a fantastic commons area where the residents can meet each other and play games. My grandpa really enjoyed hanging out in the common area where he was able to play checkers with a guy he met named Robert. The staff really accommodated to my grandpa and made him feel right at home. I would strongly recommend this facility to anybody who is in the process of looking for an assisted living home.
