My mom moved to this facility. I liked the feeling that I had there when I went there. It worked perfectly because it's right down the road for me. The staff is wonderful, and they keep you updated. My mother's room is a large studio that is just the right size for her to maintain. The dining area is amazing. It feels like going out to a restaurant every day, and the food is great. The cooks are really good. It's like a ski resort because it's cozy and nice. They have everything, like bingo, yoga, morning riddles and crosswords, a hair salon, gardening clubs, and things like that for the residents. They take them shopping. I like the variety of activities. I would recommend them to anybody whose parent is going into any type of care.

My husband has moved into this facility. I like it because they are friendly, and they take care of all the needs that he has. The staff is very kind to him. They just take care of everything very well. He's been there for about two and a half weeks now. The staff is very helpful. They come when he pushes a button and take very good care of him. He likes the food; he eats it. They have bingo, and they do little activities. My husband doesn't do them, but I've seen other residents do them. They have a refrigerator, a microwave, and a small kitchenette in the apartment. Nothing to cook with except a microwave. They have a courtyard, too.

It is a much newer facility than the other one I visited. It's very attractive and had a nice outdoor space. The apartments were also very nice, they were quite spacious. They had all the same sort of things and activities, and they seemed very nice. There's an exercise room, dining room, activity room, they had a large lobby. When I was there, they were having a church service in the lobby, and a piano player was playing the piano. I only met one staff member and she was very good. My mother's diabetic and I noticed they had a tray of cookies, and they were all individually wrapped, and some of them were marked as sugar-free, which I thought was nice.
