Stayed a few days in the guest room while visiting a relative. The live in management team Linda and Malcolm work tirelessly to ensure the ones we care for are taken care of. Very clean facility, nice amenities and great selection of food options on a beautiful well maintain property with private garden area for the residents.

Chesterfield Heights has treated my father so poorly since his arrival. Before we moved him into the apartment the moving company saw a bed bug. I reported this to the management at Chesterfield Heights and they did not take my concern seriously. We moved my father in, giving them the benefit of the doubt. Several months later and there is now a massive infestation. My father's NEW furniture is ruined. Chesterfield Heights management team does not communicate with residents and their families and we are extremely dissatisfied with our experience here.

When I toured Chesterfield Heights, everybody looked like they were very happy. It was very plush, very attractive, and decorated. It looked more like home, and it was very clean. The people were extremely friendly. The staff, she called me to check on me, and told me if she could be of any help to me finding a place. Because at that time, I was looking for more of the memory care. I didn't know, they didn't offer that, and I just stopped in without an appointment. I walked in. They were very helpful. They were happy to see me, and they took me on a tour. They had everything. They had the library, a gym, and washing your own clothes if you wanted to. If you had needs like different levels of care, they can have a group that comes in and does these things for you. They didn't offer it, but they didn't have a problem with you getting it set up. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very compassionate. The dining area was very large. I think they even had a piano in the entrance where they could have music. They had an ice cream bar, computer room, and party room. It was homey inside. The decor made me feel like I would love that my mother had been able to stay at a place like that.

My friend is in Chesterfield Heights Gracious Retirement Living. The overall experience has been wonderful for her. The community is very active there. There are all kinds of things going on all the time. Also, she can go to and fro. She no longer is able to drive, but she has all kinds of activities there. The food is very good, and the place is very clean. They just redid the entire inside with painting, new carpeting, new furniture in the common areas, and new dining room tables. It just looks great. It's just very, very nice. Her unit is very accommodating for her. She has a studio apartment. It's great, and she has everything she needs. They come in and do the cleaning, change her bed, and do fresh linens, etc. It's just the right size for her. She's talked about the staff in a positive fashion. The staff is very accommodating, like the kitchen staff and the folks who clean the rooms and provide the linens. She does her own laundry. I don't think I've heard anything negative. It's shut down several times for COVID. It changed things a little bit, but they they did their very best to get through all that. There are all kinds of offerings, and there's no lack of things to do or groups to be involved with. She's very pleased with her value for the money.

The staff at Chesterfield Heights was very friendly and very informative. They gave us a copy of the menu because at the time we went, they were not serving meals. Everything looked great for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The facility was very nice. They're in the process of totally renovating -- new carpet, painting, and all that -- and what we've seen was nice. He told us it's ten years old, and they're in the process of replacing everything. It's in a very good location, it's in a very good area of the county, it's very clean, and it's very beautiful.

The staff is the heart of Chesterfield Heights. From housekeeping to food service to custodial to management they are top notch. The management is very proactive and helpful whenever I call, email or stop by the office. I have experienced pre covid and covid conditions and the climate now is great as they safely ease out of restrictions. I would recommend to others without reservation. There are many choices of activities and field trips. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond the call. The building is always clean . The faith based options are a big bonus for my mom. If they have an opening, don't let it slip away!!!

I went to Chesterfield Heights. It was a very nice visit. The room is very nice, but it was just expensive and I didn't want to spend that kind of money every month. They have three meals a day. They take you to the doctor if you have an appointment and they go out shopping once a week. They clean your room every week and they have activities. The staff was in marketing and she was excellent. She called in recently, but I'm not gonna move right now. I had lunch there. It was very nice.

My grandmother is at Chesterfield Heights and it's really pleasant. Right now there are other residents that have COVID, and the staff has COVID, so I'm not really happy about the precautions they took right now. If it wasn't for COVID it would be fine. The room is typical, like a one-bedroom apartment. They have like handicapped accommodations and they have like the cords to pull in an emergency. My grandmother said the food was good before all the staff went out for COVID. She hasn't been there long enough and they're in quarantine. Nobody's allowed out of their apartment. They had shopping, eating out, it was very usual activities. There's free cable, food, free transportation, and activities.

We like Chesterfield Heights Gracious a lot, but it doesn't have assisted living. We saw a couple of rooms, and they were nice. The rooms seemed like something you would expect. They had a pretty good size lobby area where guests could sit and gather. They had a lot of things that went out. They have a bus to take people to different places. There are two sets of managers -- two married couples -- and they live at the facility, which makes it even nicer because they know what's going on all the time. They seemed to be very involved in what's going on. Sanitation was very good. The food was very good. They have food all day long. You could eat just about anytime you want to. It was setup nicely. It had separate tables. It was very nicely done.

Chesterfield Heights was more modern. It was a newer place, and from that standpoint, it was all contemporary, new stuff, and that was a positive. They're one of the more expensive places that I looked at. We had a meal there. The food from the morning meal was pretty good. The staff person was another reason, other than the cost, that we didn't go there.

The facilities were well taking care inside and out. The landscape was outstanding. Very clean. The residents and staff were friendly. The design of the facilites are designed as if the residents are living in their own home. I felt very comfortable each visit. The facilties had their social area, library, and dining area. Each area designed to make the residents and visitors feel at home and comfortable. I had a very good experience each visit.
