We live in Summerlake right now. It is an over 65 community and a wonderful place too, but it just doesn't have continuing care. This is just a community of seniors living in an area that is a gated community for seniors. We have movies and gatherings of various sorts where generally people bring refreshments and everybody contributes. It is more like a neighborhood arrangement of friends. One thing they can improve is to have an exercise room.
