My father is now at Harmony at Falls Run. It's a really nice place. He likes it. He says it's nice and it's very comfortable. The staff is super friendly towards him. They're very friendly towards the family, too. We visit him frequently. It's taken a few months for him to feel settled, but he talks about the food. The food is really good. He has a one-bedroom apartment with a bathroom and a living area. They have a nice library with a ton of books, lots of puzzles around the pool table, and a little pub area where they have music once or twice a week for the residents. A lot of their activities are playing games, which my father hasn't participated in. They have crafts and games, too. The only thing that I wish that they have was more activities geared towards men. They have some, but they're mostly card games. However, we like the idea that he interacts with assisted living members and also with the people who are independent living, so that part is nice.

My sister is a resident of Harmony at Falls Run. It's opulent. It's a large apartment. They have plenty of choices throughout the day. They always have several activities going on. It's a plain food, and it's fine. They're not going to bring in gourmet cooks, and even if they did, probably half of the people wouldn't be happy with that either because it's just the way the people are. The staff is few in number. They reduced staff to the level that it has taken my sister two hours of waiting before they would change the soiled diaper. My daughter-in-law was there the day that happened.

I went to Harmony at Falls Run. I totally love the place, but they were so small. That day they were serving the Mediterranean. It was pretty nice. The people were nice. The rooms were nicely small, even the biggest room didn't fit my budget. The facility was immaculate.

I just visited Harmony at Falls Run yesterday. The price is lower. Virginia, who was the person giving the tour, did a great job. I wanted to see one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. I like the levels, like independent living and assisted living, and the benefits of using other assistance as I needed it. It's very comparable to the other place as far as square footage. They're nice apartments. I'm very satisfied with the tour. Another plus is that there are residents there that came to Falls Run, so it wouldn't be like I would be moving to a place where I wouldn't know anybody. Several residents are already living over there.

I have had my mother at Harmony at Falls Run and I have watched the quality of services decline steadily since 2019. If it would be so difficult on the mom I would get her out of there in a heartbeat. There hasn’t been consistency in the director position for several years now which usually means the corporate management is very poor. With no leadership the staff turnover and how they perform their jobs have been negatively affected. The activities for residents have been greatly reduced, the menus now have very little choice. The overall condition of the building really slipped although they seem to be sprucing it up now. We had an incident where my mother fell and was left on the floor for 2 days because they didn’t do a wellness check on her when her neighbors brought it to their attention. She has never fully recovered from that. More recently she fell and hit her head and when they brought her to the hospital for a CT scan the EMT’s pulled me aside and warned me about Harmony and some of the things they see there. I find that really disturbing. Do your self a favor and skip this place.

When we got to Harmony at Falls Run, the lady that was supposed to be showing us was not there. She was out of town and somehow missed that there was supposed to be a tour. However, the ladies that were there were very helpful. They gave me some brochures. They walked me around the facility. The independent living was smaller, but it's maintained very well. They have a library, a salon, and miscellaneous recreation throughout, like ping pong, pool table, card tables, and a coffee room.

We're moving our parents into Harmony at Falls Run. I liked the people, the residents were very friendly, polite. It's very classy, clean, and Virginia colonial. The rooms were awesome. Brittany was fantastic and super helpful. We've had to do a bunch of modifications because Mom's deteriorated this week and she's just been great. Absolutely great. One thing I was surprised about, apparently they do it every 2 hours for wellness checks, which in my mom's case, would have been really helpful. And that was very different from all the other places. They have the standard gamut of three meals, snacks, drinks, weekly house cleaning, and weekly laundry. They did have a washer and dryer in their assisted living like a stacked unit, which again, was kind of unique, even though they allow two loads a week that they do.

I went to Harmony at Falls Run yesterday, and it was great. I would have taken it right on the spot from what she told me. Now today when I went over there, she asked me to come over at 10:00 in the morning, so I did. Everything changed. She even promised to submit anything needed for VA assistance. Well, that changed, I had to do it. And the cost was nothing I could afford, not even close. She was very nice. A completely different attitude today. Because I didn't realize it was going to cost so much, now I'm looking for an apartment. The rooms were nice. I was ready to sign up right then and there. They were nice, well-kept, clean, good-sized rooms. Everything I needed, until today. It was very nice, clean, and had a luxury theme to it. It was a big lobby. They had two dining areas, and they were very nice. They had a movie theater, and bingo, they made trips to town, and they had a little pub. I liked it.

Harmony at Falls Run was excellent. The rooms looked very good, very roomy, well-kept, and clean. They have music, crafts, and games. They would take them out to places in the community. It's a new, high-end facility, and it's well-maintained. I would call it a luxury facility. They have lots of social activities.

The tour at Harmony at Falls Run was very thorough. I was very pleased with the tour guide. I realized I'm getting ahead of myself, but she was very thorough about it and took me to each location. They have a physical therapy room, which is separate from the rest of the facility. It was very tactfully done. They seemed to have a pretty good assortment of equipment in the room. I did not see food service, but I did see the facility, and it was very tactfully done and it's a pleasant space. I looked at the menus and they have a very thorough menu.

My mom has only been in the Harmony at Falls Run for a little bit now, and it's been fine. They were very, very helpful and accommodating with the tour and the actual move in. They made it pretty easy for us. As you walk into the facility, you see a bright, cheery atrium and there's always a little concierge desk right there. The dining room is downstairs located between two sets of elevators, and it's a very attractive brick building on the outside. Some of the apartments have nice balconies and nice, wide hallways.

I took a tour at Harmony at Falls Run for my parents, and I like that the people seem more active. Just looking at the people that were there, it just seemed like it fit them better. The place was spacious, much roomier. It just seemed nicer and had more square footage. The one room they showed us was an empty one, and someone had just vacated it. They were in the process of painting and putting in a new carpet. I get the impression that they do that when someone moves out. It was in the process of getting it ready to rent again. We looked in the bathrooms, and everything looked clean. They were sprucing it up with a new coat of paint and putting in new carpet and stuff. They showed us the common area. They play cards. They have a movie theater, and some exercise stuff. They were taking a bunch of them out on a bus for an ice cream social that evening. It looked like things were well thought out. They also have a pool table. I think they Twanted people to have to go through some people. There's a library on different floors, where they had to go through. They maybe would say hi and get to know people. It's a beautiful setting. You could get on the balcony, and you'd have woods. They gave me a copy of the menu, but I didn't taste the food nor see it.

I found Harmony at Falls Run, and my parents moved in there. I had a whole spreadsheet of a whole bunch of different factors including price, lack of covid-19 cases, the ability to care for my mother, and whether or not the facility looks nice, and had enough room for both of my parents to be comfortable with a hospital bed, wheelchair, etc. The staff is really helpful, nice, always available, very personable, and they're really great. I really like them a lot. It's a beautiful apartment, they're in a two-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, including dishwasher, stove, and a refrigerator. Each bedroom has a full and large bathroom attached to it, off the living room, which is in between the two bedrooms, there's a long patio. Apparently, all the apartments there have a patio, but my parents are on the first floor.

I really liked them, and I saw both the assisted living and the memory care unit. It's a very clean, new, very open and light-filled building. There were people hanging out in the pub area socializing, there was a church service, there were residents doing puzzles, and in the library, I just saw a lot of activity. The staff was very welcoming and friendly.

It is a newer community. We love them, unfortunately when we were looking for my mom and my brother, there wasn't anything available as they were pretty full. We also explored assisted living, because she can still have Comfort Keepers come in. The rooms are very nice. Because it's a mixture of independent and assisted, everyone is very happy. In the hallways and in the little pub, there are always a lot of people sitting around, talking and laughing. My father was in the military, and it seemed like an officer's club which was very cool for me. It felt like a bunch of retired military men and women hanging out and having fun. They had two different dining rooms, one for the assisted and one for the independent. It's very much like a restaurant where you sit down and get waited on, and there are many choices.

Absolutely everything there is maxed out and unbelievable. I don't think my mom will use all of the tremendous variety of things, and it was a little more expensive, so we felt like it wasn't worth the increased cost for something she wouldn't use, but the place was absolutely nice. It was really something. I saw games and shuffleboard, and a theater and a big library. It was really good. The rooms were big and almost like apartments.

It is a nice 55-plus community. It is great. It's a gated community that is nice, very suburban, and seems well-maintained. It also seems friendly because my mom has friends there. There are a lot of organized activities.

They had a nice facility and a nice staff. The residents were out and about; they were active. They also had a wonderful activity schedule. Their independent living dining room was separate from the independent living dining room. They had a wonderful movie theater on the 4th floor, and they had billiards on the 2nd floor and a library; they had nice amenities. They had bigger rooms. But there was no parking, and it was very hard to find parking. They have the taller refrigerators, and they are up on a platform to help seniors be able to reach.

We moved my parents and my father-in-law to this facility and they all live in the independent living area. The food is pretty good compared to 3 other places like this I had eaten at, but the service in dining area is slower. The staff is really nice. They have only one shuttle bus I believe and I wish they had more, but it runs on a schedule. There are a large amount of activities and the amount of residents in this facility is much more than most of these places. They have a "pub" that serves beer and wine at 4:30pm every day except sundays and they have a big activities room and movie theater that seats 24 people. The "gym" has 3 or 4 pieces of equipment. It sits in a nice area surrounded by trees. Very peaceful. The road to get to it is not so great. There is garage parking if you want to pay for it. I wish they had a newcomers orientation to get my family more involved. Overall, this place is really nice. Spacious apartments with kitchens.

I think the food is kind of lousy here. The facility is very nice. When my mother came back to go into the assisted living, it took them a good two to three weeks to actually get on board with all that they were supposed to be responsible for. The staff is very helpful and very friendly, but I think they do not have enough nursing staff to take care of everybody. The apartment she is in is very nice. She has a one-bedroom, and it is very spacious. The dining room is nice. They have a gym for physical therapy, and they have something going on everyday like cards, bingo, and crafts. They have a library with a computer and a movie theater. The facility is very clean. Generally, it is a nice place, but they need to get their act together on taking care of the assisted living residents in my opinion.

I chose them because they had an available two-bedroom for my mother. She is sharing it with my 64-year-old sister, and they love it. The room is very nice with a sitting room between them, and it has a nice view of the woods. The dining room seems very nice, and there is no assigned seating; it's like a restaurant. The food is very good; they have been raving about it since they got there. They have a movie theater on-site, they do bingo, and they have a library, beauty parlor, and church services every Sunday. My mom came from a rehab place in Florida, and they were very helpful to make the transition as easy as possible. They have a caring staff, and I have recommended them to friends that were looking for a place.

When we visited here, we were very impressed with it. We thought it was a very nice facility. Their apartments were quite nice and seemed spacious. We had lunch there with a couple of residents and the food was quite good. I absolutely recommend this place.

When we visited here, it was not completed. It's only been open for two years, so they weren't able to show us an actual apartment. But we looked at the floor plans. The amenities were great. The most appealing thing for us was the fact that we didn't have to buy into it. They offered just about everything. It's failry new and the location is beautiful.
