The independent living community of Evergreens at Smith Run is a nice and very clean area. The people there are really nice, and it looks like a safe and comfortable place to live. The lady there showed me an apartment where a lady was moving out. I like it because it's an end unit, and close to handicap parking. There's a sidewalk where you can go around and go in the side door or come in the patio. It's by the front entrance, so I don't have to come down. It's four floors, and the doors are locked by 6:00, so nobody comes in after 6:00 unless a resident comes down and lets them in. I don't have to deal with elevators because it's on the first floor, so I like that. Being at my age, I don't wanna be going up and down steps because I already fell a couple of times, and I have both knees and both hips replaced. It's going to be more convenient for me. They have an exercise room where they have a treadmill and a bicycle. They have a game room where they have a pool table and tables where people put puzzles together. They can come in every day and finish them. They have a laundry room too. They have an area where you can have little gatherings. The ladies come down there every morning for coffee, and it's pretty nice. The atmosphere is really nice, and the staff is good. The person I talked to there was also very nice. She even helped me with my paperwork. Everybody's really pleasant. They have buses come there. They pick you up and take you to different things, like going on trips, or they take you to a store for people who don't have cars, so it's very convenient. The place is also close to the hospital and the police station. The pricing is pretty good too.

Evergreens At Smith Run LLC is like a big apartment complex. It was very well maintained. The staff was very friendly. I wasn't there very long, but when I was there, it was posted at 3:00, they were having people gather in the so-called game room, getting ready to play Bridge. They have a room where people do puzzles and stuff. They have bocce ball. I was looking more for a pickleball court and stuff, but they didn't have that. I did see the menu of food items that they serve.

I toured Evergreens at Smith Run LLC. It was a beautiful place. The apartments were nice, but the pricing wasn't what it said. The staff was excellent. In addition to the person who toured me around, I met the housekeeper, and they were very friendly. It is an older facility, but it is very clean. They have a very beautiful outdoor space.

I toured Evergreens At Smith Run LLC. It not only offers a lot of amenities, but the property itself is sitting on so much acreage. It's like a city park in the back, it's huge. The staff was very accommodating, very professional, and very courteous. As we toured the property, the property manager would introduce me to the incoming residents. Say we're in the hallway back, and she'd say something like, "Hello, Ms. Elizabeth, this is Sharon, and maybe she's joining us." Every room she took me to, whether it was the activity room, the exercise room, or the puzzle room where you can go and do puzzles, every room was spotless.

We toured Evergreens At Smith Run LLC. It's a beautiful place. I would have loved it if I could have afforded it to move there. They had lots to do. The place was just beautiful looking inside and out. The people are super nice. I talked to residents and staff. As we were doing the tour, people would say hello and stuff like that. So we talked to people and looked around and saw things. It was super nice. The rooms were great. They didn't have a one-bedroom to show me, but I looked at two of their two bedrooms. Both were just great. The staff that we talked to was very courteous. They were very nice. We asked them a lot of questions. They answered everything and just showed us around. It was good.

Evergreens At Smith Run was one of the cleanest and most up-to-date places we've checked out. It had a swimming pool and a very good exercise room with a lot of equipment. They had a lot of activities, too. They were located in a very good spot where there's shopping all around. Overall, we liked it. They don't serve meals because it's independent living.

Evergreens at Smith Run is beautifully, but there is no help there. My parents have their own little apartment, and they have about 750 sq. ft. of bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen, and a little outdoor patio space. It's $1,200 a month. So if you do that and then have help come in for the things they need help with, it's hard to understand why the other places are $6,000 a month. It is lovely, the people who work there are lovely, and my parents are happy. They change their light bulbs when they go out, and they change the air filters in their apartment for them. They're very good. I would recommend them to anybody who does not need any assistance yet.

Evergreens was extremely nice but very expensive. The environment seemed great and the people seemed happy. They have a great room and they were celebrating a party that day; it was a monthly activity. They had a pool and offered water aerobics. They had a 2-bedroom model with a small kitchen and lots of storage spaces.
