We feel that animals provide the feeling of home and a sense of purpose for our residents who want to care and cuddle them. We have a house cat that makes her way around the home in our Memory Care home, and talking birds in our Level 1 and Level 2 homes. For our residents that have companion pets, we have a small secure courtyard and a large area around the property to walk them. We simply ask that our residents provide the care and clean up necessary to having their pets and that the pets are safe and non-destructive.

All Seasons of West Jordan offers a specially designed nutrition program made especially for the unique needs of the elderly. We can meet the dietary needs of most individuals with prior arrangements. We offer 3 prepared meals each day, cooked fresh each day in the facility with FRESH local ingredients, and we have snacks available.

We have a facility nurse and resident care coordinator that routinely communicate on the evolving needs and care requirements of our residents. Residents are given full nursing assessments at move in, and then every six months thereafter unless one is needed sooner due to a significant change in the resident's care needs. We love our third party partnerships with local home health and hospice agencies and rely on their services and expertise to provide wonderful care beyond what we are licensed to provide.

Our staff receives in-depth training at the time of hiring, and on-going orientation as needed using specific incidents and role playing. We also have staff complete monthly and  annual recurrent training and in-services so that they can best communicate, redirect, and care for our memory care population.

All Seasons of West Jordan is unique in that our home is small with personalized care for our residents and families! Making the decision to put a love one in Assisted Living is a tough decision for everyone, so our care doesn't stop at the resident.  Because we are small, we have the ability to routinely communicate via phone, email, text and through an online portal with our resident families to provide updates and address concerns. We believe that the best outcomes for our residents and their loved ones are best achieved with good communication and collaboration with our staff and families. To that end, we encourage open communication with our families, care staff, nurse, and administration.

We pride ourselves on offering great care in a small, individualized care setting, so the ratio of care staff to residents is 1:7 approximately for our Level 2 and Memory Care and 1:10 for our Level 1 residents. State requirements, depending on facility type are much higher, so we feel like we are able to provide the best care for the best value around!

Our staff is specially trained to deal with the unique needs and challenges of those residents living with memory care issues. And because our homes are uniquely designed with a central kitchen open to our homes, our residents are able to smell meals cooking and that definitely helps to reinvigorate appetites.
