Grovecrest Villas was fabulous and almost brand new. They have beautiful, large, sunlit common rooms, and a gorgeous library on the second floor. They have a hair salon, an exercise room, and a theater room. The rooms were larger than what you would see in the assisted care places, but they don't offer any sort of care at all. The rooms have washers and dryers, which is fabulous. It was one of my favorite places and it was inexpensive because the amenities were much less.
