Echelon Place is a licensed, Nurse Practitioner owned, 16-bed assisted living home. It is a planned community, purposefully built to provide individualized: personal care assisted living, 24 hr staffing and supervision, Hygiene assistance, Daily laundry and Dining room assistance. At Echelon Place Assisted Living, we provide a customized care plan in order to help our residents obtain their best quality of life. We pride ourselves on our top-notch care of each resident.
