I am not much of a people person but to meet this communities COMMUNITY RELATIONS COORDINATOR was truly an eyeopener. I tend to intersect with people that are procrastinators, but in this this interaction I received what I would expect of a truly Dedicated, Dependable and Sincere Business Professional. She sold me on the { Windsor Gardens-Lancaster } Rehabilitation and Assisted Care Facility that she markets well for. I could tell through her actions, alone, that there had to be more life-savers such as she is, in the facility as well, that truly cares for the "PEOPLE" they assist. I've always been prideful to the point of not accepting help when I needed it the most but the COMMUNITY RELATIONS COORDINATOR did what many could not, she proved through her actions that I could trust in her to do and be an advocate for me (even when I'm afraid to allow help to help). The food for the most part in this facility is a Comfort-Food that only a mother could make. That enveloping embrace that will strengthen YOU and makes YOU stronger and heal better. I remember a saying my Grandfather used to say " Clean Water and Fresh-Bread is all you need to survive until your strength is regained " but this facilities Comfort-Food is that and more. The rooms are cleaned daily, sleep is easy in places where the staff (Life-Savers)makes YOU feel and know that YOU are safe. so, I want to Thank the COMMUNITY RELATIONS COORDINATOR OF WINDSOR GARDENS-LANCASTER, for answer a call and visiting me in the hospital within 45 minutes (standing by her word) and giving a man that was lost in ore ways than one a better chance at healing......

My grandmother is at Windsor Gardens. I guess the only thing I can say is sometimes the delivery of the information from the social worker is delayed. You also have to pull teeth to get it. She doesn't just bring you the information; you have to ask her questions. In my mind, I just think that's the opposite of how it should be. The place is fine, it's nice, it has a homey atmosphere, and it's pleasant. My grandmother seems to enjoy the food. The place has been clean every time I went, and it does not smell. The staff are friendly and attentive. It is old but well kept. I know that my grandmother's not using the facilities because she doesn't walk. They have a garden area.

I visited Windsor Gardens. It was a very neat, clean, and comfortable place although it was an older unit. The staff was friendly and they were busy. They might want to improve on the staff ratio.
