We like that Emerald Cottages of Kerrville had a two-bedroom, two-bath. It was 1350 square feet, which was more than anything else we saw, and it had a garage attached. It seemed like a well-maintained and better-run place. The staff was very good and the facilities were excellent. We also liked that the bedrooms were separated, one on one side and one on the other. The living room, the dining room, and the kitchen were like an open plan. It was nice. The kitchen was a fairly good size. We liked the separate utility room. It was very spacious with washer and dryer hookups.
