My husband is here. My interaction with the staff is fine. His one-bedroom apartment is beautiful and big. It has a bathroom. Breakfast is at 8:00 a.m. They wake my husband up probably at around 7:30, clean him, and bring him to the dining room. The food is perfect.

My friend moved here. The location is a lot closer to where I'm at for her. The rooms are pretty big. They have bingo and arts and crafts there. She really liked it.

I went here. The staff was lovely, very informative, and very helpful. It would have been very satisfactory, but my stepson and his family live closer over at the other place. They're very willing to go out of their way to answer any of your questions, to do things, to help you in any way that they possibly can to make you feel comfortable. It's a smaller property with about three buildings on that delightful, very cute little property. It was very friendly looking and appealing. I only said hello to a couple of the staff, but the lady during the tour was really wonderful and very helpful, and called me quite often to see how I was doing, to follow up with me and everything.

My tour was very helpful. The staff was attentive and answered all my questions. I saw a studio apartment, they had common spaces, and I also saw the dining area, and they all seemed fine. The facility seemed small.

It was my top choice. The staff very friendly, the facility itself was very clean, and everything looked really good. Overall, the vibe was pretty good. The people seemed happy, so I liked that.

I looked at this facility for my father. It was very nice, but it just wasn’t exactly what we were looking for. The staff seemed to be OK. I didn’t see the residents doing much of anything except sort of sitting around. The rooms were fine and nice. The facility seemed to be professionally run. The staff had been there for a long time, which is always a good sign. However, walking into their memory care facility was not as inviting and homey. It had more of a hospital atmosphere.

It was a pleasant experience to visit. I thought the facility was more than adequate. The rooms were large and safe. The dining area and the prepared food looked very good. There seemed to be a lack of affection in the staff. The lady that talked to me was very nice, thorough, and professional. I learned a lot from her. It was far away from where I lived.

I liked the beautiful grounds. It was very intimate, personable, and clean. They all seemed very friendly and helpful. They have bingo, and they have a place where they can watch movies.

It was nice, but not as nice as the other one. They were very nice and friendly, and the sanitation wasn't bad. It was clean, and there was no odor. They explained everything as far as they could go.

It was a nice facility. The staff was great. They were very helpful and accommodating. The rooms could stand a little improvement, but they were nice. For activities, they did not have that many. Their dining area was nice.

My mother has been here for almost a year now. We chose it because of the layout. It has different houses rather than several stories high like a lot of them. They have something like four houses, and she is in house number 3 which is just really homey and has a very comfortable setup. The rooms are great and very nice. They are just like little apartment with their own refrigerator, very nice big window, and big bathrooms with walk in showers. They have everything like bingo, crafts, and art lessons. They have birthday parties, and they have entertainment come in. Then they have fitness exercise and weekly outings. This particular facility I like because of the way it is setup. It makes you feel like you are in a home rather than an apartment complex. But even though I like the facility, the staff is not 100% the way I would like them to be. Most places you cannot get the best staff. There might be like two out of six that are really good. The rest of them you have to kind of watch and stay on top of what they are doing if they are really taking care of my mother. I'm there a lot for several hours -- sometimes really late at night. That's when I can tell that the staff at night is not the best.

Everybody was very nice here. They also have amenities for the residents. I can't remember all their activities, but I know they have play cards. I would recommend this facility for someone who wants to be in an assisted living.

My mother has been living here for a couple of years now. She’s doing well. She’s in memory care right now, but we don’t eat the food. They have Bingo and all kinds of stuff going for them. The staff is pretty good, but sometimes it’s hard to get new people to do what you want them to do. The dining room is too small for a memory care facility. She’s always very compliant and seems to be okay there.

It was very clean. I liked how the rooms were set up. The staff was nice but not as informative as the lady that normally did the tour. The rooms are clean and spacious. I would like to see them gated though so the residents can walk around. They didn't seem to have many activities.

The only reason we did not choose it was because the apartments were arranged like studio-type. And that would not work for my mother. The staff were good.
