The Plaza at Edgemere Health Care

Dad has been at The Plaza at Edgemere in Assisted Living for 2 years now and we are more than happy. We moved Dad to Edgemere from another nearby assisted living because although they told us they could handle my father's care......they could not. Edgemere has been wonderful. I don't have to worry if he is taking his medications and the physician onsite has made a tremendous difference. His quality of life is so much better than what it was before. He has friends and is involved in all of the resident committees. Edgemere is beautiful! Dad loves the putting green and the koi pond. The personal trainer works with Dad daily and he is much more active. We interviewed 6 facilities in the area and Edgemere was the only one that offered all that we needed under one flat rate. There was not an entry fee and the monthly rate was far less than what we encountered at other facilities once you add on all of their ancillary charges. We are very happy with Edgemere and so is Dad!

We moved my mom to The Plaza at Edgemere’s assisted living and it has been amazing! It’s absolutely beautiful and the all inclusive pricing saved us an average of $3,000 a month compared to the new facility down the road where mom was. Service is top notch, always physicians in the building, night and day from where she was.

I didn’t find Edgemere any more appealing or attractive than the other facility I visited, and it was more expensive. I only visited once. The location is nearer to Highland Park which is the premier area of Dallas.

My mother had a great experience at the Plaza at Edgemere! Everyone that she interacted with her and cared for her while she was in rehab was so nice. They are very attentive and the rehab program was top notch!
