We didn't like The Waterford when we visited the place. It was different. I would never leave mom there. I see walls that were dirty. I see table cloths that were kind of dirty looking. The carpets smelled and other several things that we didn't like. The staff seemed like they were pretty nice, however, they were always in a rush like they wanted to answer the questions for us to get out of there quick.
