"My uncle stays here and we couldn't be happier. He loves both the nurses and knows most of the staff by name. He has improved so much that in time I know that he will be coming home soon. They got a new boss and head nurse that have turned this place into the building it always had the potential to be. Don't go anywhere else, you will be pleased here!! "

"I have been living in Alameda Oaks for almost a year now. They take good care of people here. There is a skilled nursing, then you can go to therapy. You can live in a room with a roommate. They have good meals most of the time, but I am use to frozen food and the microwave. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. They will give you a paper on what they are offering and you just circle it to makeyour choice. The staff is very caring. They have activities every day, but I don't participate because I don't like being around too many people. "

"My grandmother was at this facility for rehabilitation following an illness that kept her in the hospital for a week. When she arrived, she was barely able to use her walker. When she left, we were racing. Her room was shared but she had the sweetest roommate and they enjoyed their conversations. My grandmother always raves about the food. She had several favorites but she especially liked the fresh snacks they made daily. The staff was incredibly helpful and they were so nice. I really enjoyed the way they loved and teased my grandmother. I think they really made her feel loved even when she was not strong enough to go home alone. I am grateful for the caring people who made this a great experience. "

"My mom stayed at Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center for a short while. They did not have single rooms for the short-term care, she had a roommate but everything was good. The staff were very helpful, they coordinated and facilitated everything with her move, since she came from another facility. They provided the best care for her, and she was back home in good health. I would surely commend this place to others. "

"San Rafael Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is an older facility that was recently redone to be much nicer than it used to be. The room has a bed, dresser, little closet, rocking chair, and sitting chair. Everything looks fine and has been very good. I'm very happy with it so far. "

"The facilities are very cleaner then expected of most nursing homes. The staff is super nice and is always helpful with my grandfather. Jessica, Rebecca, Brandy, Allison and Angel are all VERY good nurses. Whenever my grandmother calls to talk to him or cannot make it to see him they take the phone to him or go out of their way to help or tell her what is going on with him. However, occasionally when I go to visit there is a strong stench of feces from some of the patients and I cannot tell if that is because the patient would not allow the nurse to change them, they have not gotten to them yet, or they have forgotten about them. Some of the staff does not care however, I do not any names but they have placed my grandfather in a broken chair before and my boyfriend and I have fixed the chair for them and when my grandmother went again he was in yet another broken chair. When she asked them to fix it they said that it was broken they could not, so she showed them how to fix it and requested that he no longer be placed in the broken chairs. I do not know if that request was fulfilled yet though. Overall the facility is a nice place and my grandmother is happy with it so I am also happy with it. "

"Extremely caring and attentive. CCRH goes above and beyond in patient care. The facility is very clean. Sheets are changed daily. In room bathroom and shower. Exercise 2 times a day for 1 1/2 hours each time. The food is excellent and on 2 occasions I asked for just soup and jello, another time toast and oatmeal. You may eat in the room or in the cafeteria. The staff is very kind and helpful. After hospital care is highly recommended. Coming home stronger and better. "I currently have my mother in Mirador. It is very nice, bright, and clean. Everyone is very helpful. It is a fairly new place. "

"The Corpus Christi Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was very clean. It's fairly new. The amenities are just the usual ones for a facility of that type. The person we met with was very knowledgeable of the law, and what we're dealing with here is Medicare. She was very straightforward with us. It's close to my home."

"Hello this home has a lot of good values as far as good workers go. I am a resident in this facility and I get to use my God giving talents and play music in the dinning room the staff here are very nice and do more for us then is required of them. Dietary cooks are very good and the food is very tasty. Business office staff is very helpful and ensure we get all the help we need and deserve. The receptionist is awesome very helpful to give directions to the rooms and is a good worker. CNA's are very well trained in taking care of us resident's, nurses take good care of us, they make sure our medication are given in a timely manner. Social worker very nice and walks around to ensure our safety. Therapy department is very helpful, and make sure everyone get the therapy needed and then some, they love to get us moving and talking again. Laundry gives use clean sheets and clothes. Housekeepers work around the clock to keep this facility clean. Maintenance keep us safe and the lights on. Doctors keep us healthy and make sure we get care we need. The Administrator is very nice and listens when we have problems. Oh I almost forgot activities Ronda is the bingo lady and Elvira in business office is always decorating the home and made picture frame , for all occasions, the end. "

"My father have been there for approx 10 days and having a nice experience so far. All the staff is very friendly. The physical therapist are specially very good. The facility are very clean & all "senior people" were in orders. If dad don't like what is being served they gladly brought him something else . if he is craving for anything in between meals they would arrange him something light or snack etc. When calling for assistance they response timely. One downside is that there are no phones in the rooms but they would bring you a portable phone if the patient wanted to make a call. They are good in service. God bless them!! "

"My mother was at Woodridge. She had good care there. She was well taken care of. They were very nice. She had some bedsores, and they had cleared up those bedsores. The rooms were adequate. Food was alright. Woodridge was very good. "
