Recently, my great-grandmother, who was receiving living assistance from Rockport Costal Care Center, passed away, but during the last few years of her life, I was able to visit her numerous times. From what I can tell, her time with the care center was both pleasant, and comfortable. Every time I visited, the facilities were well kept, and clean. We were very concerned about keeping her days filled with various mentally challenging activities, and it seemed like they were providing more than enough opportunities to keep busy. Despite a failing memory, my granny was an adept dominoes player, and it always raised her spirits when she had the opportunity to play. From what she told us, she had numerous chances to engage her peers in games and puzzles, and it seemed like the elderly community was lively, and supportive. I loved my granny very much, and Im glad we chose Rockport Costal Care Center to help her; I feel that she was treated with respect and kindness by the staff, and her peers.
