The staff is very friendly and helpful. My son is there and he has had great care. It is more like a family there. Everyone helps each other. The food is great and this place is very clean. When my son sugar got very high they called me right a way. I took him to the doctor and I called them and asked them to check his room for candy before we came back. They took all of the candy out of his room and when we got back they gave it to me. They got his sugar down and it is staying down now that we found out his friends were mailing stuff to him I had to get them to stop.

We went to Silver Creek Assisted Living Azle. It was clean and well-kept. It was not out in the country like the picture shows. It's also closer to town. It's in the city limits. The staff was great. When she realized that we couldn't afford to live there and it's not out in the country, she helped me find other places. She gave me tons of resources. It was not a good fit. It was too far from her doctors, and the transportation didn't go that far into Fort Worth.

The administration and staff provide personalized one on on one care. The facility has a home like feel offering each resident their privacy.

The rooms are comfy and big enough. The executive director is personable and easy to talk to along with other staff members as well. You can call up any time any day and request information or help with something. Everything is very quick and well put together. When they say a “homey facility” they mean it! It’s kelt up nicely and anything that breaks will be fixed in a timely manner! I would recommend this facility

They took very good care of mom at Silver Creek. Anything she needed, it was taken care of. That is the most caring senior citizen place that I have ever seen. They did everything that she needed, and she was always clean and always happy. I was impressed with the loving care of the staff.

My mother has been living in Silver Creek for about a year and a half. It's small and home-like, has 16 beds, and has caring staff. I just wish that they were more trained in memory care. In the meantime, this is convenient because it's very close to our home, so we are able to go over there nearly every day. She has a nice private room and a private bath, but they have some rooms that have a shared bath. They have exercises and crafts, and they take walks outside and watch movies. They paint murals, and sometimes they have people come in for Bible study and singing. Their food is so-so.
