My relative was a resident of Neshaminy Manor. It was clean. The care was excellent, accommodating, and friendly. The communication was great. He said the food was okay. He was in hospice, so he didn't have any activity.

Neshaminy Manor is a nicer facility and it's got a nicer building. Everything's awesome there. Everything's well-lit and they have the best of everything. It was one of the nicest places we've ever seen. We saw the kitchen and the food. We smelled the food and it looked great. We had a meeting with the director, the director's assistant, and also the gentleman in charge of memory care. They make you come in for an interview with the patient. So, my mom was interviewed with us. They're very thorough, very nice, and very educated. It's a great experience.

My dad is now at Neshaminy Manor. It is county owned. He has gotten very good care there. They have semi-private rooms, so it's not homey. They do a lot with activities, which I like. They're really good with therapy. The nursing staff is really good, too. My dad loves the nursing staff. He has been very happy there. I would say he has been treated well. He is in short-term rehab. It is a little older. They don't have nicer rooms and all that. They're more glorified hospital rooms where everybody has a roommate, but the care is very good. My dad has been very happy with the treatment by the nurses and the staff. The social workers are great, too. I would recommend it to people. I was there last week, and they had a bingo day. Occasionally, musicians would stop by. They'll do crafts for those that are interested in it. I think they're capable of handling all types of situations, whether it's memory care or people with different physical abilities and different assisted needs. I think they can handle a lot in terms of what people need physically. I don't think they're super expensive. They also deal a lot with different insurances and Medicare and all that.

If you have a family member on Hospice and facing eminent death DO NOT take them to Neshaminy Manor. Staff and administration show no compassion for the family whatsoever only allowing two people in the room with the patient and no one is allowed to stay overnight with their loved one. So my friend will probably die alone tonight. This is unconscionable and inhumane.

My mom moved into Neshaminy Manor. I don't have any complaints. It's clean, it's professional, and my mom is always clean and taken care of. The residents are happy, which makes me happy and the staff is very friendly. I'm happy there. There's always plenty of staff all the time. It's modern, it's not old and rundown. It's a nice environment. My mom is in a transition room right now, maybe they can make the room a bit homey.

My mother is in Neshaminy Manor for rehab. We were just not happy with the accommodation. They're understaffed and overworked; the attitude is poor. There are a couple of things too. She doesn't like the food. They have no activities, except for rehab; that's all they do. It looks older. It looks like they haven't done a lot of updates to it, and the rooms are small. It looks pretty clean.

My sister has been a resident in the nursing home for over 4 years. The staff is friendly, caring and skilled. my sister has seemed content for all the years which is what I have been praying for. I did not rate everything because she can no longer make use of all activities and regular meals. We were lucky to have her admitted here. Thank you all.

This is a true example of what an excellent nursing home looks like. The food was as close to home cooked as it could have possibly been. It was presented in an appetizing way and smelled delicious. The staff is nothing short of amazing. The nurses and CNA staff are friendly, kind and they go out of their way to try to help. The facility is clean and odor free. The activities department is varied and the staff working there is helpful. Social workers are extremely helpful. I can't say enough positive about this facility. If I could give it more stars I would!

My Mom was a short term resident at Neshaminy Manor last year. The rehab staff were excellent and were able to get her home within a short period of time. The nursing staff was so kind to my mom. It was very clean and cheerful and there was so many activities for my mom to attend. She made some really nice friends at Neshaminy Manor, staff and residents. It is easy to see why the facility is deficiency free and voted One of the Best in Bucks and US World News.

Neshaminy Manor was a clean facility and well-maintained. The rooms were average sized, but nothing special. The dining area was nice, large, open, and clean. They had a lot of activities going on when we visited and they had a schedule of activities up on a calendar board in each section. The nurses and the people that were taking care of the residents were very nice. However, I had a personality conflict with the admissions officer. She rubbed me the wrong way.

My mother was lucky enough to be at Neshaminy Manor for 8 months. During her time there she made unbelievable progress with physical therapy, became engaged with activities and enjoyed the company of the other residents. I can't say enough good things about the caring staff - from the lead nurse to the nursing assistants everyone was so caring.

We've had 3 relatives here, both parents and our uncle. While it's often rated higher than most, it's not the best facility. That said, the rehab PT and OT staff are great and do a good job. However we were not pleased with the level of nursing care. It seems they keep people drugged up on pain meds. The Dr, was terrible, kept changing up my dad's meds and he had a severe reaction to one. I would only choose this as a last resort. Try Pine Run if you're lucky enough to get in, better yet Christ's Home is the best.

He was in Neshaminy Manor which is a well-run, state-run nursing home and physical therapy. They had doctors and registered nurses on staff. It's a full-fledged nursing home with long-term care and long-term assisted living. It was too expensive. They were very competent and very nice.

Neshaminy Manor is a very attractive building with a modern facility. They had separate memory care, which is what we are looking for, and a variety of appropriate activities for individuals with dementia to try to engage as best as possible. The complaint I had about Neshaminy Manor was that they would not give us any idea of how long we might have to wait, so we really had no clue. The atmosphere looked good for the memory care. They had a separate dining area, and it was basically a self-contained unit so that people won’t wander.

My husband was at Neshaminy Manor for a while. The nurses were wonderful. The doctors were great. I had no complaints except for the nurse's aides. Some of them were good, but most of them weren’t. It was a shame because they were either on their cell phones, or they weren’t paying attention to the people. My husband was very fortunate because the aides he had most of the time were the same people, and they were excellent. However, when he would have a different aide or have someone else’s aide, it would be terrible. I was there a lot, and I saw what went on. I reported things so many times, but nobody paid attention. Nobody cared. I was not impressed. They needed better help with the CNAs because they were not good. Otherwise, the place was excellent. It was clean. The nurses were wonderful, but they needed to have some kind of supervisor or somebody just going in there and observing what was going on. They haf activities, and that was another thing that was really good. The activities were great.

My grandmother was at Neshaminy Manor in the memory care department. It was ran by the state and it exceeded my expectation. The place was very beautiful and well-kept. It had been a fabulous experience.
