EverTrue Cumberland Crossings

We chose EverTrue Cumberland Crossings because my son lives five minutes away, and I'll be much closer to him if I need him. We looked at an empty unit, and it was a unit compared to what I'll get. It was very clean and spacious. They're very large, and I'm getting a two-bedroom cottage. It looked very nice, and I'm very anxious to get there. They have fitness programs, a heated indoor exercise pool, and different committees and clubs you can join. They also have a walkway around the whole campus. I have a scooter and I'll be able to use it all over the campus. They have a chef, and I get 20 meals a month included in my rent. They go on trips and outings, and there's a little mall they go to, and there's a Walmart. They make little two-day trips around the area, which sounds good. The concierge gave my son a tour. I haven't been on a tour, but have been in the unit. I think he was very pleased with the tour that he got.

I like it because they had a single cottage, and accepted dogs. The staff who gave the tour was very considerate and very helpful. They have everything you want, including a gym, a pool, a snack bar, and social things. The courtyard and dining area were nice. The cleanliness is really good, it's top. Plus the size of the apartment was adequate.

We have found it for my father. His apartment is nice and a little small, but the location is very good. All the amenities are right there. They've got walking trails, they keep birdfeeders out the windows, the cable is pretty good, and the food is pretty good.

It has been very good so far. Mom is sharing a room and she is in the nursing care. The food is decent. The staff is very good overall. Maybe they can improve on their communication with the family members of their residents.

I really liked it here. It was one of the three that we ended up thinking that could be a good place for mother in law. They gave us a nice tour of the place. It was very nice, clean, and pleasant. One gentleman told us he’d been to many nursing homes and this was the best. The staff was nice.

It was a community with separate homes. They had a nursing home and health assistance to people to needed something less than a nursing home. The staff was helpful. It was not crowded. It had lots of spaces between the facilities. They also had different activities.
