"I have used Home Instead to care for my husband, who is disabled. All of their caregivers, except for one who wasn't a good fit, were top notch. They were responsible and showed up on time in every instance. They were caring and personable, and really made an attempt to bond with my husband. I was able to go out and run errands knowing that my husband was well taken care of. The office staff was wonderful as well. I highly recommend their services."

"We have aides that come in from Griswold Home Care of Cumberland County and help with changing my husband. He's in a wheelchair. We're on the second floor, so we have to go downstairs to the main dining room, and they help with transporting him. The caregivers are very good. I have no problems with them. We had one lady who would come, and we only used her for like one day a week and she would come into the home for four hours."

"The client care reps I have worked with are incredible. They really have listened and responded quickly and thoroughly to all of my questions and concerns regarding my mother's care. I couldn't be happier with the customer service. I really just stumbled across them on the Internet, and then did some searching for reviews. I've worked with them now for about a month, and they have been wonderful. We're set up with 3 days a week for the afternoon, which is perfect for my mom, and they can run her to appointments, help her sort through some clutter, make sure she has any help she needs for personal care, and above all they were really concerned with making a good match personality-wise, so my mom would have a consistent companion she could get to know and be comfortable with. So far it has been a fantastic experience which has taken a lot of weight off of my shoulders, since I don't live close to my mom."

"I called Home Helpers in a panic from the hospital when I realized I needed someone to be with my father overnight and daytime at points that family couldn't be present. Dana and Brian helped us get this stressful time coordinated. We felt confident that an advocate was present at the bedside - someone to relay messages, take good notes in my absence and keep my father safe when he was confused. I will be calling Dana and Brian again should we be in that situation again! "

" I called Sandy at last minute to help with my mother in law who had just come home from the hospital. We had been using another agency and they said they could not find someone for at least 3 days. Sandy came out herself to provide the service for mil and came out 3 consecutive days. My mil passed on the 4th day but we will never forget how Sandy made us all feel so comfortable. Great agency! "

"My wife and I were a little reluctant about having a home care person come into our house. Our concerns vanished after the first day. Our provider was very polite, listened to us very carefully and asked questions to be sure she understood exactly what we wanted done. She was on time everyday and greeted us with a smile. She learned our routine very quickly and did the tasks with a minimal amount of supervision. Occasionally she would even make suggestions about other things that she would gladly do for us. If the need should arise in the future we would welcome EliteServices HomeCare back into our home."

"I'm happy with Synergy HomeCare of Mid Penn. We've had the same gal and she's really great. They help my mother with cleaning, they get dinner on Saturdays, they organize things, keep her company, and they play cards with her. They come in on weekends when we're away. They've only been in a few times, but they've been pretty great so far. I would recommend them."
