My wife and I were a little reluctant about having a home care person come into our house. Our concerns vanished after the first day. Our provider was very polite, listened to us very carefully and asked questions to be sure she understood exactly what we wanted done. She was on time everyday and greeted us with a smile. She learned our routine very quickly and did the tasks with a minimal amount of supervision. Occasionally she would even make suggestions about other things that she would gladly do for us. If the need should arise in the future we would welcome EliteServices HomeCare back into our home.
