We have aides that come in from Griswold Home Care of Cumberland County and help with changing my husband. He's in a wheelchair. We're on the second floor, so we have to go downstairs to the main dining room, and they help with transporting him. The caregivers are very good. I have no problems with them. We had one lady who would come, and we only used her for like one day a week and she would come into the home for four hours.

Griswold has provided care for my mother for several years now and we’ve been very happy with their service. They are attentive and responsive. They have always sought to find people who matched well with my mother’s needs. The staff is helpful, friendly and approachable. I would readily recommend them to my friends and family.

I have nothing but favorable things to say about Griswold Home Care of Cumberland County. I used them in the past when my Mother required very specific care after a spinal fracture. Their care was excellent. Now a friend of ours is requiring personal care to be able to stay in her own home. I immediately contacted Griswold to see if they could assist us with this need. The administrative staff there are very responsive to any concerns or issues. They have provided our friend with some caregivers who go above and beyond to ensure that she is able to be in her own home. They are very kind and courteous to her, and the caregivers are very reliable in providing her with care. They perform personal care for our friend, as she has limited mobility. They make her meals and do any housework or laundry which needs to be done. The caregivers leave very detailed notes in a journal we started regarding her care. The main caregiver interacts often with me regarding any possible issues, and she goes above and beyond to ensure that the client is happy. She makes sure that all caregivers of this client are aware of ANY changes in her care. I would highly recommend this particular office of Griswold for your homecare needs.
